This release introduced uncertainty ranges and ranking by their lower limits. Those ranges and their ranking uses have since been withdrawn; current comparisons show point estimates without claiming statistical separation.

Combined Effects added comparisons of actions on two or three factors, and the FAQ gained guides to the analysis tabs. Automatic pulse-list shortening introduced here has since been withdrawn while its basis is reviewed.

The general model was rebuilt with revised relationship directions and re-estimated strengths, and scenario recommendations were updated. See the rebuild notice above if you used the affected August model.

Scenario Builder added saved scenarios for comparison, and the FAQ gained a worked bow-tie guide. Factor details and group-view indicators became easier to find.

Building a model from your own data is now more yours: you choose how a pre-built model combines with your data, and every upload walks you through naming your factors, confirming which direction is healthy, and setting each column's role. Factors your survey didn't cover are flagged as research-informed rather than measured, and reports now name what each factor costs if it slips, alongside what it gains if you improve it.

A new Bowtie tab turns each outcome into a one-page controls map: what leads into it, what it leads to, and example controls from the WHS Model Code of Practice sitting in front of each factor. It flows into the exported report as a Controls and Barriers appendix, with a diagram and register table for every outcome you nominate.

Data Analytics gained ranked factors, research reference marks and demographic group views. Reports received a clearer structure and an example dataset was added.

Factor details and scenario comparisons became easier to read. Reports added audience choices, a table of contents and combined-scenario tables.

Visual enhancements across the site: clear, at-a-glance graphics for the measurement cycle, data privacy, survey cut-points, pulse coverage, and the construct families, plus an inline hierarchy of controls and crisper onboarding icons. Continued streamlining - trimming and de-duplicating copy so each page does one job well.

New .xdsl file support and the ability to save model files from the Workspace, plus stability improvements.

Speed and stability improvements to the analytical engine, with faster rebuilds when you revisit the same model. No visible change to your workspace or reports.

Power-user controls for the CSV upload flow. Advanced settings now let you choose how the model structure is built from your data, from the recommended default to several specialised options. Outcomes can now influence each other in the model, and the home page's returning-user strip gained the same Recommended / Advanced controls as the onboarding flow.

Quality and accuracy pass. Your data now has more room to depart from the research-derived starting values, and the Calibration tab gained a clustering-column picker for uploads with multiple rows per team or site.

Calibration, Model Fit and the Training Course were introduced. The uncertainty ranges and confidence framing introduced in this release have since been withdrawn.

The full launch added the experimental Budget Lab and clearer diagnostic comparisons. Reports gained investigation guidance and an example download.

Pre-launch positioning pass. The homepage now leads with what makes Prior Work different - showing how psychosocial hazards interact - and new FAQ and About content explains where it fits and acknowledges the People at Work team it builds on.

Workspace rebuilt as three focused tabs: Overview (how the workforce sits on each factor), Scenarios (the factors that keep showing up across the strongest combinations), and Diagnostics (where to look first when an outcome shifts). The main report tightened from seven sections to five and the pulse report from six to four, with sharper section writing.

The process navigation was consolidated, with the controls library moved into Action Planning. The factor catalogue moved from Introduction to the new Glossary.

Pulse reports now have a download button for the companion consultation guide, and several pages were widened to match the rest of the site.

Pulse data now updates the whole model - recording new evidence on the factors you measured shifts the connected factors too. Baseline and pulse reports now share a single consultant voice grounded in current work-stress research, with a cost estimate shown before you generate.

Report architecture overhaul - both the baseline and pulse reports now draw on the full model, recommend an intervention set, and generate a companion consultation guide automatically. The Workspace merges the Where to Focus and What-if views into a single Explore & Focus tab with dominant-state highlighting.

Soft-launch review pass covering Interventions, Pulse Survey, Pulse Report, and About. Jurisdictions removed from the interventions library; pulse reporting now distinguishes chronic vs emerging hazards; About page updated with author bio and self-serve positioning.

Accuracy improvements for small samples, and a site-wide content review.
